Worksheet #1 Resource: Name that Inner Voice

 

We have multiple inner voices that come to the table and speak to us. "Anxious Amber", "Negative Norman", "Wise Wanda", etc.

This exercise allows you to name the voice you want to start to hear. The one that speaks kind words to you, that helps you build your confidence.

Worksheet #2 Resource: Trust Squad

 

Trusting people can be challenging (or not), but finding who you can really lean on in your family, friend group, and work group is important.

It sucks when you leave a conversation and think, "are they going to use this against me?" Or, "I wonder if they will judge me?" Follow this exercise to figure out who is in your trust squad.
